後院餐桌森林莊園單品紅茶系列，中興大學認證有機栽種日月潭台茶8號阿薩姆＆18號紅玉紅茶。 


如單品咖啡般，有自己的風味特性和有機栽種的大自然回甘。



你一定在網路或電視新聞上看過茶葉農藥檢測超標，這也是為什麼我們應該喝有機栽種茶葉的最主要原因。

茶和其他農作物一樣，每一樣本身都有很好的營養元素，對身體影響最大的問題在於栽種過程。


後院餐桌森林莊園單品紅茶100%使用南投單一茶園生產、採收，茶園本身也通過中興大學有機栽種認證，

意思是茶葉長大過程中不使用「化學肥料」和「化學農藥」。


而且有機栽種必須堅持好幾年的時間，後院餐桌的紅茶園經過2年休耕＋3年轉型期栽種並持續至今，才有機會通過認證。



日治時期日本人發現台灣南投魚池鄉土壤氣候與印度阿薩姆省相似，便引進了阿薩姆茶樹於魚池鄉栽培改良，命名為台茶8號。


並以「Formosa Tea」征服倫敦拍賣會聞名國際，也就是後來我們熟悉的日月潭紅茶。


阿薩姆紅茶的茶香濃厚深韻，入口綻放出麥芽、玫瑰香，在自然無毒生長環境下，濃郁口感及香氣更加昇華。



茶罐使用完整保留二葉一心採摘下來的原葉，也是最能將單一產地有機紅茶的獨特香氣展現出來的品項。
